We sell a method, not a menu. Discovery, architecture, build, and operate — handled by the same people, end to end. Most engagements look like the four phases below.
Engagement
1–2 weeks
We listen, sketch, and pressure-test the idea. You leave with a written scope, a cost ceiling, and a yes/no decision — not a deck.
2–3 weeks
We design the data model, the model boundary, and the interface together. Decisions get written down so the next person can read them.
4–12 weeks
Iterative weekly drops, deployed somewhere you can use. No staging-only theatre — real users on real data as soon as it's safe.
Ongoing
We hand over the code with an operations doc and stay reachable. Optional retainer for the first three months while you hire.
